I need to be transparent with you from the outset, if you’re looking for a fitness boot camp to 'thrash you' type of getaway, with fluffy dressing gowns and slippers, massages and facials, then this is definitely NOT for you.
However, if you’re a Woman who has spent most of your adult life making sure everything and everyone else is looked after and in doing so, abandoning your own needs, then this retreat has been designed for you. We do that though right? As Women, we have this innate instinct to nurture, and that is a beautiful gift and strength and personally, I wouldn’t change that for the world. However, It’s not in what we do for others, but rather what we don’t do for ourselves that can lead to poor health through overwhelm, stress, anxiety and burnout. It’s when we continue to try to operate at full capacity while neglecting our own needs and not making time to return to ‘homebase’
This retreat is for you to take some much needed time out for yourself; to disconnect for a full week from the responsibilities that comes with being a Woman in today’s world. This ‘Release, Reset and Recharge’ Retreat is perfect for you if you are wanting to;
RELEASE: stress, worries, stories and any other negative thoughts and emotions affecting your physical and mental wellness.
RESET: your intentions. Get clear on a healthier way to ‘do life’ regardless of your responsibilities in order to maintain peace in the chaos
RECHARGE: your battery. Fill your cup once again.
In a nutshell, give your body and mind what it needs in order to live a more present, deeper connected, and balanced, healthy rhythm of life
If your heart is longing for a retreat where nature does the deep work, the sand, the sea, the minerals, the stars, the sunrise, the sunset, the deep connections, the authentic Greek food, there’s no better place than the magic of The Mani. WARNING… There is a very strong possibility that the magic of The Mani may capture your heart and draw you back year after year, as anyone who has ever been will tell you.
Retreat Travel Details: 11th-18th May 2025
You don’t have to do a thing other than show up. Everything will be arranged for you, your flight, your transfers, your accommodation. You will receive a full itinerary of the week before hand so you know exactly what you’re doing when you’re doing it. There will be plenty of ‘free time’ factored in for you to spend how you choose. Everything on the itinerary is of course optional.
Just some of the activities included in your retreat. All of the activities are of course optional and you can participate in as much or as little as you feel. There will also be plenty of free time for you to explore the area and take some down time or spend time with your fellow retreaters, nurturing new connections and possibly life long friendships.
Each morning we will meet together to watch the sunrise as it rises from behind the spectacular Taygetus mountain range, the backdrop of Stoupa. As you bask in the early morning rays of the light spectrum, the only time of day we’re exposed to the healing rays, your body will be thanking you as it is nourished by the minerals from the spring as you wild swim in the Mediterranean Sea.
As part of our morning routine, you will get all the benefits grounding has to offer, as we ground both in the sea and on the sand as we start our day with gentle stretches and mobility. Grounding has many benefits for both mental and physical health. It has been proven to normalise the day-night cortisol rhthym; reduce pain; reduce stress; shift the ANS from sympathetic towards parasympathetic to name a few.
Another stack to our morning routine after our swim. We will take 20 minutes to gently stretch and get our body moving, listening to your body. We will synchronise our stretches with breath work, using specific techniques to quieten the mind, bring the body and mind in alignment whilst improving blood flow and increasing oxygen.
With the sun setting around 8.30pm. you are guaranteed a spectacular view from any of the beaches or restaurants in the area. At least two of the evenings we will enjoy a sunset swim together. The other evenings there will be an opportunity of a pre-sunset exercise session on the beach.
The retreat is time out for you, creating a space for you to take stock. During the day, we will get together for a group coaching session focussing on the needs of the group. There will also be the opportunity for x1 1-2-1 Coaching session (you will be given a time slot) in which for you to get coaching around a specific area that you feel you want to look at.
As part of your retreat, you will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the gorgeous animals at MIAO animal rescue centre. This will surely be a soul nurturing experience and who knows, you might end up adopting! Just don't choose Bou Bou or Moa, I have my eye on those two! What a wonderful purposeful way to give back,
An hour or so walk along the beach cycle track is the beautiful village of Agios Nikolaos. We will take a leisurely stroll to see the harbour and experience the locals and the beautifiul food. If you're feeling up to it, we can can continue our stroll after we've stopped for breakfast for a further 1k or so and spend the day at Pantazi beach
Just a short taxi ride into the mountains, we will spend the evening eating and dancing with the locals. An experience not to be missed!
Just a short bus ride away is the stunning village of Kardamili, with its beautiful quant shops, delicious tavernas, cobbly streets and beautiful beach. In addition to the beauty of this village, there is also an outdoor gym on the beach. During our day trip, you will have the opportunity to get a strength session in IF you want too. If you prefer to relax on the beach or in a coffee shop or do a spot of shopping instead, then you do you. We will spend the morning here before catching the bus back to Stoupa around 2pm.

To book your place, a deposit of £300 is required on booking with a further £350 due on 28th February. The remaining Balance of £600 is due 28th March.
Should you wish to pay the full amount sooner, that's fine. Likewise, if you require longer to pay the full amount or are struggling with the deposit due, please get in contact and we can discuss it further, no problem.
