The very nature of our 'Release, Reset & Recharge' Women's International Retreat, that being a group of Women getting together for a week in a different country, possibly Women who are complete strangers who are all there for their own reason, means it is of the utmost importance to create an agreement between you (your name), the individual guest and myself the host, also as an individual in order to ensure the best possible retreat experience for all. Although you are attending the retreat for your self and for you time, keep in mind that this is a group experience and so by default you are part of a greater whole and therefore in addition to being true to yourself and ensuring your needs are met by the decisions you make, your contribution to the group dynamic in terms of how you conduct yourself is also important to the whole experience.
It is inevitable that on such a retreat there will be a diverse bag of personalities coming together. Every Woman attending the retreat will have their own: story; life experiences; beliefs; fears; joys; boundaries; opinions; quirks and challenges to name just a few. We may have women who are extroverts; introverts; neurodiverse; sensitive; confident; loud; quiet. Again the list goes on. Regardless of the diverse personalties within the group, each and every Woman is valued, loved, respected and celebrated for who she is. In order to create a group dynamic that fosters harmony and a sense of safety, regardless of your individual personality type, it is important that you can whole heartedly agree to the following agreements:
