Firstly let me start by saying, I've got to be honest, if you're a seasoned 'gym bunny' then this is probably not the place for you.  If however, you're wanting to flip your lifestyle, wanting to move more, get fitter, get healthier, get stronger and more confident and generally change the direction you are currently heading towards in terms of your health and fitness but you don't know where to start, how to do it, maybe you've even a fear around even the thought of exercising, then this is the perfect place for you.

 

The Lifestyle flip initiative and 1-2-1 coaching is not about thrashing the gym, it's not about striving for a 6-pack and it's not about 'losing a stone' for your Ibiza holibibs... it's about creating a fitter, stronger, healthier, happier body and mind which allows you the freedom to live your life.  A body that allows you to function fully, that allows you to play and have fun.  A physical body that allows you to live fully and do the things that your heart, your soul, your spirit wants to do!

 

I've spoken to so many people who have been told by their G.P to exercise, but here's the thing... It’s all very well the GP telling you, “Well Mrs Patient, you need to change your lifestyle” or “You need to lose weight” or “You need to exercise” and the latest one, “The current evidence is clear that being overweight or obese puts you at greater risk of serious illness or death from Covid-19″

 

Now then, although the latter may be true, telling Mrs Patient to ‘lose weight’ or ‘change your lifestyle’ or ‘go to the gym’ in my opinion is just ridiculous! If it was that easy for Mrs Patient, we wouldn’t be in the middle of an obesity crisis right now. There’s so much more to it.

 

Firstly, it is completely useless advising Mrs Patient to ‘lose weight’ or ‘go to a gym’ etc if that ‘so called’ solution is not psychologically accessible to Mrs Patient.

You see, we have two points of reference, Point A (where you are now), and Point Z (where you want to be). What about Point B-Y in the middle? These are the transitional stages to get you from A-Z, a bridge if you like, to link the two together, and this my lovely, is the difference (amongst others) between GRIT + Grace and your ‘average gym’.

 

I focus on meeting you in A, wherever your A may be, and work with you coaching you and supporting you, right along side you all the way across the bridge of B-Y. The focus is on supporting you through the transitional phase of your Lifestyle change.

 

Our partnership will open your eyes to the fit, strong healthy body and life that IS available to you EVEN IF YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE IT IS, I PROMISE YOU…IT IS! My previous and current clients have commented saying that from the outset training with me gave them “Hope”; a “whole new lease of life”.   Us working together is your starting point to lay the foundations and will equip you with the skill, knowledge and the confidence you need to take you from where you are Now to where you want to be!

 

I am absolutely passionate about helping Women to discover (or re-discover) the fit, strong, healthy and confident person they were born to be and  I’m here to tell you that those Women who said those things to me are now living a completely different life after taking action. They are jumping out of bed in the morning; they are fitter, stronger and healthier than they ever thought they could be AND their confidence and mental health is SO MUCH BETTER! Some have even been able to come off medications!
